The Farnham & Alton Talking Newspaper (FATN) is the prime talking newspaper for the visually impaired living in North East Hampshire and West Surrey. Local newspapers are recorded on CD and USB memory stick for those living in the Alton, Bordon, Farnham, Fleet, Haslemere, Hindhead and Liphook areas.

entry page now comes under Contact Us

are now available to down load and listen to for all current news and magazine productions

Despite the growth of local radio, the local newspapers still remain the best way of keeping in touch with what is going on locally ~ provided we can read them or physically handle them.  If you are visually impaired or in any way 'print disabled' you can HEAR from your local Talking Newspaper what everybody else can read for themselves.

We read the news in the local papers for each area so that you are kept informed as to what is going on in your area and can talk about things to your friends and neighbours.   You'll probably know more about local events than they do.
